    Directions

    Step 1

    把全部香料用搅拌机搅拌至幼滑备用。Blend all the spices with a blender until smooth then set aside.

    Step 2

    将香料放入热锅里,用小火炒至香浓。Put the spices in a hot pot and fry over low heat until fragrant.

    Step 3

    先热油2汤匙,放入素羊粒略煎香盛起备用。Heat 2 tablespoons oil, add in the vegetarian lamb and fry until fragrant. Set aside.

    Step 4

    锅中加入青咖喱酱,以中火炒香后加入全部材料和调味料一起煮至滚,最后加入生奶水煮1分钟即可盛起享用。Add the green curry paste to the pot, stir fry over medium heat until fragrant, add all the ingredients and seasonings and bring to a boil, add in evaporated creamer and cook for 1 minute and serve.
